Spoken Lots
A lot should be sayable, and it should carry a closing day.
One spoken-lot page states three facts: what the lot includes, what it plainly excludes, and the day that lot closes. The closing day is not a delivery promise and it is not a payment term. After that day, the page is no longer the current lot. We do not sell ink or finished goods from this page, and we do not treat the lot name as a trademark registration.
